Services

We provide bridal, party and pre-wedding makeup and hairstyling services as described on this website. Exact inclusions, timings and pricing are confirmed individually per booking, since they depend on date, location and package chosen.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices. A final quote is shared after discussing your date, location, event type and add-ons, and may vary accordingly.

Bookings

A date is considered reserved only once a booking advance has been paid — see our Booking Policy for full details on advances, rescheduling and cancellations.

Client Responsibilities

• Please share accurate event details (date, time, venue, number of looks) at the time of enquiry.
• Please disclose any known skin allergies or sensitivities in advance.
• Access to a well-lit space at the venue helps us deliver the best results on the day.

Liability

We use professional-grade products suited to a range of skin types, but cannot guarantee against individual allergic reactions to specific ingredients. A patch test can be arranged on request ahead of your event. Please inform us immediately, before or during application, of any known allergy, sensitivity or medical condition relevant to skin or scalp products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount actually paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example, dissatisfaction with a subjective style preference once the agreed look has been delivered, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control such as traffic, venue access or weather).

Punctuality & Delays

Reporting times are fixed in advance based on your event schedule. Please ensure hair is clean/dry (as advised) and the space is ready at the agreed time — delays caused by the client or venue (late start, outfit not ready, inaccessible space) may shorten the time available and are not our responsibility. If we are delayed due to circumstances within our control, we will communicate proactively and make reasonable efforts to adjust.
